1 /5 Megan Kenway-Head: I originally ordered two donor meat and chips, with an extra cheesy chips on the side. They cancelled my order without notice or explanation. I ended up having to call them as I never got notified by my bank for a refund. They told me on the phone that I paid and that they had no lamb donor meat. I asked if they could do chicken donor and they said no problem.
After waiting nearly a hour before I called them again, for them to talk amongst themselves on the phone and left me waiting on the phone with no communication for almost 10 minutes. I hung up in the end and couldnt get back through to them when I called back.
Driver finally arrives with our cold food. Seemed completely incapable of finding the accessible door to our building as instructed on the phone, calls and hangs up multiple times without waiting for a response instructing him to deliver to my front door.
Waited over a hour for two small cold containers of like a shredded spicy chicken, not the donor chicken I had ordered with Sauces I requested. One didnt even get sauce. They completely messed up the salad too. Got no chilly peppers. After nearly a hour or waiting. My cheesy chips had about 5 pieces of grated cheese on them too, also cold.
The food was inedible, hard bread, some weird chicken, messed up salad and cold food.
Wouldnt have given what I was served to my dog.
Steer clear! They have gone way downhill since I last ordered here 7 months ago.
