2 /5 Peter Dennett: Campsite large field but was fairly empty midweek in August. Toilets: no mirrors handdrier doesnt work. Lights over wash up area dont work. Toilet blocked for two days. Dogs should be on lead but when we complained about a labradorite roaming free were told "its OK he belongs to farmworker" its NOT ok dog came into tent licked our food and knocked our 5 Yr old with cerebral palsy over. Activities for children expensive , £80 a day for 30 mins on golf 40 mins in play barn, 45 mins on bouncing inflatables. Neither of two coin operated excavator ride ons worked. Ice cream good but long queues and pricey. Didnt use water slide. No evening food (apparently theres pizza Friday nights. Gave impression they are interested in taking money but not providing decent service.

3 /5 Sarah Pearce: We camped here in the family camping field for the weekend. It is a lovely area and the pitches are well spaced out. The facilities are basic but clean. There is lots to do on the site, crazy golf, maize maze etc but unfortunately these are at extra costs which we didnt realise before arriving and these things are quite costly, especially with a group of 6 people. The only thing included with the camping is the bluebell walk which was nice (even out of bluebell session) and the wallabiesare soooo cute. It would have been great if campers got a discount on the extras. The kids loved having the chicken wondering free and the ice creams. Service was slow at the pantry and all the staff we encountered seemed unsure about everything. Unfortunately on the Saturday night there was loud music playing until about 4.30am. We dont believe this was coming from the site but it was very loud so probably local which puts me off wanting to return.

3 /5 Rod Bews: Lovely setting and parking was easy with several disabled parking bays. We had a coffee and a BLT for a late lunch. The service was slow, only seemed to be one member of staff. The coffee was on the cold side so we drank it quickly. The BLT at £9 was also disappointing there was no choice of bread offered. When it arrived the bread was white shop bought bread. With a name such as Butlers pantry, we would have at least expected a choice of white or brown and at least a sliced Bloomer that at least looked a bit more home made. The fillings were good but the presentation was let down by the poor choice of bread. Beginning of the season and the decking and unplanted planters looked tired and unloved. With a few minor tweeks, freshen up the decking and outside of the barn with a bit of stain. If you’re going to have planters, they are only a good addition if you have them planted and cared for. Other wise remove them and make the most of your space. Latchett’s dairy the gelato was delightful and well worth a trip out, it is worth noting they do not accept cash, card & mobile payments only.

1 /5 Emir Mani: My family and i are regular customers of Heaven Farm and generally the service is pleasant. On Sunday, however, i was shocked at the response of staff when i pointed out a major health and safety hazard. We were in the inflatable barn area, and noticed kids playing in a corner of the seating area. They happen to have learnt back on a door which sprung open which happen to be the door to the electricity switch board room. I stood up immediately and closed the door to stop kids walking in. I reported it to staff at the front reception desk but they were not that concerned. no checking the door, no attempting to lock the door by the bolt lock, absolutely nothing, not a care in the world. Poor training, lack of management in the area to see the risk of danger.
