1 /5 MYKKAELLA REYZ: The owner of this place has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in a business. She is openly rude, dismissive, and behaves as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason her shop exists. The way she speaks to people shows zero professionalism and zero respect.
Her behaviour creates an extremely hostile atmosphere. You can feel the tension as soon as she’s there — even the staff seem uncomfortable working around her, and it completely changes the energy of the place in the worst way.
The food quality drops massively whenever she is the one handling things. The jerk chicken comes out burnt, the rice has no seasoning, and it’s clear there is no care or consistency. When the man is cooking, the food is actually good — but when she takes over, everything goes downhill fast.
On top of that, she makes simple requests (like asking for sauce) feel like a problem. Instead of customer service, you get attitude and unnecessary stress.
There are many better options in the area with good food, respectful service, and people who actually value their customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone
