1 /5 Shazna Shafie: We went to this dump today, ordered 2 biriyanis and specifically asked for spicy chicken curry. Instead, they gave us bland, flavorless chicken with zero salt or spice. To make it worse, the waiter didn’t even bother offering us water. Honestly, I wouldn’t step foot in this place again, even if they paid me to eat here. Absolute garbage service, and the food was even worse. Took 30 minutes for that mess to arrive. Total waste of time and money.

5 /5 Avtar Sandhu: We booked for our wedding anniversary party. All our 220 guest were so amazed by the taste and presentation of the food. Each and everyone said that it was just the best food that had, had for such a long time from any caterer. We would highly recommend Kanchans for outside catering and at the restaurant. Such a professional approach taking away any pressure from the family.

5 /5 Adarsh’s Review: We have tried plenty of Indian restaurants in East London and when it comes to top quality authentic Indian food this is the best you will ever find. Every time we eat in here we feel like we back in North India somewhere, that flavours so good, it takes us back home. Top quality food and top service. Also they were so good we booked them for our wedding catering and let me tell you when it comes to catering for your big event this is the place to book. We were amazed at how good they were, they literally ran the whole wedding. Top service and delicious food for our guests, we had guests call us after the wedding to enquire where the food was from because it was just that good the guests wanted more. This place is a must visit to try the delicious food on offer, Also if you need catering for any events then these guys are the ones to call. The best ones out there. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Debarshi Debnath: We recently attended the New Year Dinner and Dance at Kanchans . The good bits 1) Excellent waiting staff . The staff was so patient and listening and helping everyone, especially when there were many seniors. Well done 2) Food : given the guests were from all age groups , the food catered to the whole crowd , tasty but not very hot for kids . 3) DJ : the DJ was very good . Even though its a universal truth that Punjabi music works best for DJ nights , he was playing music from various states of India to cover guests from different languages Unfortunately we had to leave early so cant comment how was the midnight celebrations but have heard it was equally good Improvement: I felt a bit less people per table and overall would have been better as it felt a bot crowded at times . But again the staff managed well .

5 /5 Raoul: Lovely Indian restaurant and banquet hall. Mainly Punjabi (North-West Indian) cuisine with a wealth of vegetarian, vegan and meat-based options for all types of diets. Beautiful interior and a classic old-school vibe. Starters were incredible, arguably the highlight, and the portions throughout the meal were all generous sizes. Lots of different alcoholic drinks on offer too, completing the requirements for a big celebration dinner.
