Shaheen Joomaye From the moment we visited the venue, we knew it was perfect for our daughter’s 18th celebration, communication prior to booking, on the evening and post event was on point. The venue was spotless and toilets kept clean through the evening. I wanted to be a guest at our event rather than host and all the staff ensured that was the case and I’m deeply grateful for this. The food was amazing and the best jerk chicken I’ve had! All guests loved the venue and the staff. I would definitely recommend this venue and would use this space again. Special thank you to Dionne ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kristina Gudeikiene Lydia Turkish Restaurant is a lovely place with very nice food. Everything we tried was fresh and tasty. I’d also like to mention Melisa, a Lithuanian girl working there — she is very kind, friendly, and works really hard. Her service made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

Phil B I’m not a frequent visitor to this warm and friendly establishment. I’m from far across the water, but it does make a great excuse to go boating in the colder (and wetter) weather. The most perfect comfort breakfast with all the major food groups represented: tea, black pudding, eggs and sausage to name but a few. The Bonanza Breakfast - heartily recommended. The world rushes around with lattes held outstretched in front of them like a 21st century shield warding off the dangerous phone holders. Step into Eegon’s and you are removed from that world in an instant. It is relaxing, warm of welcome and just a lovely place to be. Perhaps I should keep that to myself? No, it needs to be frequented and appreciated for what it is. Try it, you will most certainly love it.

Hana Korean Restaurant -

J H My partner and I were so excited to be able to find a Korean restaurant that I(gluten and dairy free) and he(vegan) could enjoy together. He ordered the tofu jajjangmyeon and the gyoza to start and I the seafood bibimbap and had a honey plum tea. I also ordered the chilli chicken starter (definitely a decent spice to it) sorry I didn’t get pictures of the teas or starters. The food was delicious and as someone with intolerances I felt well taken care of. I left there having of course eaten far too much and groaned happily all the way back to where we were staying. The hostess was so kind and we had a lovely conversation with her and her husband about discovering their restaurant through Morgan (howtocoeliac on ig) and how pleased we were to be able to try their beautiful food, and how they came to adapting their menu. The restaurant has a small front with few tables but there are more tables at the back of the restaurant too. The atmosphere is very cosy with the dim lighting and dark walls and the music was fun. I wish I had had space to eat more, or time to have gone back again before leaving but I will definitely be making the trip there again when back in London.
