Akber Ali PFC Espresso is a great little spot if youre after tasty food on a budget. Their hot wings are especially nice – crispy, flavourful, and hit the spot every time. They accept card payments, which is super convenient, and they always seem to have special offers going, making the already cheap prices even better. Definitely worth checking out!

Barbara Lorusso Guys, this burger is dangerous…DANGEROUSLY GOOD! Got the truffle cheeseburger, and what an experience! Taste of truffle sauce in all my mouth, the cheese was perfectly melted and the meat…Legit, can’t even, this burger is perfect. And don’t get me started with the fries…A great portion of amazing fries with a hint of rosemary …Everything was LOVELY, so great i discovered this place, trust me don’t sleep on it!

Hoha Fitness Grounded Bow is one of the best brunch spots I’ve visited in East London. The atmosphere is bright, modern, and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a solo coffee. I ordered the Beef Full English Breakfast, and it was excellent, generous, well cooked, and full of flavour. Everything on the plate tasted fresh, and you could tell real care goes into the ingredients. The coffee here is also a highlight: smooth, strong, and perfectly prepared. Overall, Grounded Bow delivers on quality, service, and atmosphere, I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and tasty brunch in East London

Alessandra Distefano I loved this space. Great loft vibes. Just opposite the canal with a great outdoor area. The food was great. They accommodate for vegans and gluten free customers. The gluten free pizza was the best I had in London so far. Nice texture and not flat. The fried potato’s were delicious. Super friendly staff. Our waiter Enzo has been really nice, offering us options and describing the dishes in details. I’d definitely come back here next time I’m in the area. Especially on Monday or Tuesday, when they have 2 pizzas for £18 deal.

Roman Parshin My first experience buying a proper Chinese takeaway meal here in the UK. As a person who often cooks Chinese meals at home, let me say this: this ÂŁ7,5 special fried rice is BANG ON THE SPOT. The wok hei, the meat, the spices - just an explosion in your mouth. The service was exceptionally quick - I just waited for about 3 minutes on a wee couch inside, and got what I ordered. Massive cheers to Sun Ya!
