Pascal A. Schillings I had one of those meals that stays with you. The starters were clever without trying too hard, and the fish dish (mullet) ended up being the best fish I’ve eaten in a long time — smoky, delicate, just perfect. The lamb and the chicken meat course were spot on too: tender, cooked exactly right, beautifully presented.
Service was genuinely lovely. The team knew when to appear and when to give space, and the sommelier deserves a special shout-out. He wasn’t pushing anything, just choosing wines that lifted each dish. You could easily skip the pairing, but honestly it turned a great dinner into something memorable.
It is on the pricier side, and if there’s one thing I’d tweak, it’s the lighting — a touch more warmth would make the room feel as cozy as the food tastes.
But I’ll be back. It was a great experience.
