5 /5 RYL: It started drizzling as I was walking along the seafront, so I stepped into the first open restaurant I saw. The chef welcomed me and apologized in advance for a possible delay, explaining that it was a one-woman operation and everything would be made from scratch. It was definitely worth the wait. The meatballs were juicy, with a well-seasoned sauce that balanced sweet, slightly bitter, and subtly sour flavors. The salmon was a pleasant surprise; the skin fried thin and perfectly crisp. Even the side potatoes, tossed with fresh olives and olive oil, were delicious.
