We had some pork rib bentos, a bulgogi bento and some yummy crispy chicken mandu. All was very well packaged and the food absolutely delicious so will definitely be ordering again.

Lynne McBride I recently had lunch with a group of friends at the Humble Plumb. It was midweek and it was fairly quiet, though I’ve been told it is busier at weekends. We arrived at 13.00 and there were parking spaces available. The food was good and well-cooked and the service was attentive but we were never hurried. Excellent prices, too. We all agreed that we would go again.

Everything is cooked with love and authenticity, generous portions, fair prices, and excellent service. Edwin (who looked after us) was amazing, and the whole team is from Peru. You can really taste the tradition in every dish. My friends ordered pollo a la brasa and I ordered duo Marino which is ceviche and pescado frito. It’s a bit hidden and not right in the centre, but that’s what makes it such a gem. If you’re looking for authentic Peruvian food in London, this is the place.
