The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the reception, who was welcoming and efficient, setting a great tone for my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a good nights sleep. Dinner was a highlight, with a diverse menu and delicious food. Breakfast was equally impressive, featuring a wide selection of options. Special thanks to the duty manager and the woman for their attentive service during meals. Overall, I highly recommend Premier Inn Richmond for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and delightful dining experiences!

5 /5 Carmela Kerney: On of the best premier inn I have stayed inn. It’s clean, safe and well located. Breakfast was spot on. It’s a well run hotel will definitely recommend it and use it for future. Staff at this hotel work hard. The only thing that I would change is better furniture in the restaurant.

5 /5 Robert George: We needed a location to stay in while we moved our daughter into Roehampton and explore London. This was the perfect location, short walk to Richmond station and bus stops right out front. The staff was very helpful. We arrived early and the offered for us to wait for check-in or pay for early check-in. I think it was £15 which was perfect considering how tired we were from our flight. The room was quite nice considering the reasonable price. We needed two beds and this was one of the few options.

5 /5 Meike Diedrichsen: One of the best Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. The staff were excellent, friendly and very accommodating. The food was good, although there was a long wait. Sneddon and Nish were especially attentive; they clearly enjoy interacting with guests and really made the stay memorable with their great sense of humour. I will definitely be returning.
