5 /5 Bologa Sergiu: The food and service was at another level. The tasting menu is versatile and surprised us with its originality. We went for a non alcoholic pairing and it was fantastic.

5 /5 Ian: We had dinner here to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The team had left a birthday card for her on the table - so a welcome surprise. Dinner was superb. The tasting menu was just right and quality was excellent. The waiting staff were excellent and we had a great view direct into the kitchen. It was interesting watching the head chef monitor all dishes going out to ensure they arrived perfectly. Dinner was rounded off with a very pleasant birthday surprise. The Sommelier was very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about one of our wine choices - a small unknown wine from the Languedoc - giving us some history behind it etc. The Chef Patron came out to chat at the end of the evening and shared stories of his journey with the restaurant and his career. Very interesting and he should think about sharing some of his insights to a wider audience (college/school/TV). All in all cannot recommend highly enough.

5 /5 Chirag Rughani: Fantastic experience, couldnt fault any dish on the autumn tasting menu. My favourites were the chiltern black ale bread, scallop in swede puree and black garlic and the partridge in parsley root puree.

5 /5 Christopher Blundell: The staff were, as always, lovely, all friendly, wanting to serve, and knowledgeable when talking about the food and wine. The food was brilliant: interesting, different, and delicious. The wine that was paired with each course went so well with each one and really brought out the flavour of the food and vice versa. Great evening out. Good value for the quality of the place. If you’ve not been, I would make a booking.

5 /5 Amy smith: The tasting menu is genuinely the best food we have ever had and my partner gets wined and dined in high end places around Europe with work . The food is exceptional, beautifully presented and out of this world. It is very expensive but they made my birthday feel special too and I highly recommend for those who love exceptional food- it is worth it at least once ! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough .
