Jasvir Singh Gill I would like to take a moment to highlight one of the best customer service experiences I have recently had, with the Regional Manager, Jason McKeon, at the Yo! Sushi counter in Tesco, Osterley. Jason was extremely enthusiastic and passionate about the new menu launching at the Osterley store. He approached me while I was looking at the sushi boxes and warmly expressed his gratitude for me choosing Yo! Sushi. I found his energy, friendliness, and genuine passion for the brand both endearing and memorable. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service, and I felt it deserved recognition.

Darius Mohammadi During my recent visit to Nosherey Cafe, I was thoroughly impressed by both the quality of the food and the excellence of the service. The highlight of our meal was the cheesy chips, generously loaded with cheese, and reasonably priced at just £3.50. The balance of flavours and the perfect crispiness of the chips made them an instant favourite. We also savoured a jacket potato with tuna and cheese, priced at £7.50. The potato was cooked to perfection, and the tuna-cheese combination was both comforting and satisfying. The blend of flavours was spot on, making it a dish well definitely come back for. To accompany our meal, we opted for two hot chocolates, each priced at £2.50. These were not just any ordinary hot chocolates; they were rich, creamy, and perfectly sweetened – an absolute treat on a chilly day. Above all, the service at Nosherey Cafe deserves a special mention. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured our experience was nothing short of delightful. Its rare to find a place that strikes the perfect balance between great food and exceptional service, but Nosherey Cafe does just that. In conclusion, if youre looking for a place that offers excellent food, value for money, and top-notch service, Nosherey Cafe is the place to go. I highly recommend it and am already looking forward to my next visit.

Alnasir Chatur This newly opened Indian restaurant has an excellent menu with chefs specialities from South India. Chef Ram is the main chef and the super hosts are Dev and his brother. The service is great provided by the super smiling lady Ravika who works very hard to ensure customers are served well. The ambiance, decor and setting are first class and really condusive for a very relaxed and enjoyable evening. Excellent.

Serena Riley Ive become a huge fan of this place, the customer service is really good, even during times of busy periods with students from a nearby college. The food tastes fantastic, the chips are always perfectly crispy and fluffy inside. The chicken is not heavily greasy which is something I really appreciate. The food was delicious and well-presented, the ambience was elegant and welcoming, and the venue itself was spacious and comfortable for our guests. The staff were attentive, courteous, and extremely helpful in the prep as well as throughout the event. Dealing with the manager Qays and Nelson was a particularly pleasant experience everything was handled smoothly and professionally, making the entire process stress-free. Highly recommended for special occasions.
