Jimm Alabaster I love Rios Shanklin iow! They have always done and still do the most quality food after all these many years! Really decent porsions and flavours, their Calypso burger is my favourite burger of all time ever and the starf are always charming and lovely. My thanks to them for remaining amazing! XX

Juliet Yang First time visiting the UK and Brighton for my graduation ceremony, and I randomly discovered this pub. It’s absolutely a must-visit. The atmosphere is cool and cozy, with a great selection of beers. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming (shout-out to Paul, Ben, and the chef!). I ordered the chicken burger (something I’d never tried before) and it completely surprised me. So good! The chef even came out to check that everything was okay, which was such a thoughtful touch. As an Asian female solo traveler, I felt completely safe and genuinely welcomed here. I loved sitting at the bar and chatting with the staff. I’ll definitely remember this place and will come back again.

Tay Fun I have been diving at this restaurant for years. Yes, the prices seem to have gone up but it is same pretty much everywhere in London. Their portions are quite reasonable and the food is quite delicious. Definitely cheaper than the equivalent restaurants nearby. The staff are quite nice but I recommend not going there on the days when there is West Ham game as it tends to get quite busy.

Steven Phillips Been here 3 times over the years and only for large family gatherings. The service is always excellent, Weve never had any complaints and the steaks in particular are very good. The restaurant is nicely decorated and is a great setting. We really do love this place and highly recommend. One thing to note, there is a separate parking area for blue badge holders with its own entrance.

Caroline Pepper Tom our waiter, was wonderful right from the initial greeting. We came for lunch with our baby, & our friends with two small kids also joined us. Tom was really thoughtful re the childrens needs, e.g. high chairs, offered to put pram in a safe place, he was just very warm & kind, and patient! Also - food was Delicious, recommend the calzone campagna. Grazie a tutti. Will be back!
