H Taylor I have never been able to shake the nagging feeling that sushi could be improved solely by the addition of one thing, chips. Thank god I no longer have to wonder as Alex and Lilly have bravely answered the age old question: what if a sushi restaurant was also a chippy. Extremely happy to have found this unlikely yet superb establishment. Not only can its sushi compare with the best restaurant fare but its an honest to god proper chippy as well, down to the pickled eggs. The food speaks for itself and Alex and Lilly are as cordial as local businesses owners come. Go and see for yourself, I implore you.

I ordered their classic pairing: a Flat White and a slice of Coffee Cake, and both were flawless.The Flat White was absolute liquid gold. It had perfectly extracted espresso with a deep, rich flavor, and the microfoam was silky smooth—a true sign of a skilled barista. It was the ideal temperature to savor right away.The Coffee Cake was the perfect companion. It was incredibly moist, packed with rich coffee flavor and spice, and had the most delicious crumb topping. It paired flawlessly with the bold coffee.Beyond the drinks and food, the atmosphere is fantastic—bustling but cozy, clearly a spot where people care deeply about the craft. Kim Kein Fantastic food and wonderful atmosphere! We had an amazing experience at Zorba Lewes. The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Everything we tried tasted fresh and authentic, and it was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. On top of that, the atmosphere was warm, cozy, and lively, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. I would highly recommend Zorba Lewes to anyone looking for excellent food, great service, and a lovely dining experience.

Jack & Jess Brivio The best wedding food ever! We are so glad we booked The Secret Restaurant for our wedding. So many guests have said it was the best wedding food they have ever had (we agree!) The food really was amazing and we loved the sharing concept so people can help themselves, it felt so relaxed and the food was perfect for a summer wedding. The portions were generous too which is important at weddings as people are there for such a long period of time so it was nice that everyone was so well fed. The team were all great on the day too. Nicola was so helpful on the lead up always quick at responding to emails, and our food tasting day was such a lovely experience. Thank you again!

Jacqui Wallis We have visited several times as a family. We have enjoyed amazing Sunday roasts. My son enjoyed a steak burger, I loved the salad with goats cheese, we had the special of mussels and we really enjoyed some oysters. Really excellent quality food, reasonably priced, friendly atmosphere, dog friendly. Highly recommend.

Caroline Pepper Tom our waiter, was wonderful right from the initial greeting. We came for lunch with our baby, & our friends with two small kids also joined us. Tom was really thoughtful re the childrens needs, e.g. high chairs, offered to put pram in a safe place, he was just very warm & kind, and patient! Also - food was Delicious, recommend the calzone campagna. Grazie a tutti. Will be back!
