5 /5 Naomi O: I had the best grilled seasoned tilapia, spicy though but delicious. Great service and atmosphere. Nice presentation of food. I’ve been to heritage many times but this was the best meal. It could be that they’ve a new Cheif but I’ll definitely recommend you check it out.

5 /5 Naushad Reza: The food here is incredible. We tried beef suya and fufu for the first time, and we are delighted that this was the place we chose. Everything was wonderfully flavourful and spicy, just how we like it. The staff were also friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to try the rest of the menu and highly recommend the curry goat and the grilled tilapia, which paired perfectly with the jollof rice.

5 /5 Denise U: Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing. The flavour was fantastic, it was as if I cooked it myself at home. Cocktails were pretty good as well. The girls who served us were lovely. My sisters had been loads of times and I finally gave it a try and I will most certainly be back. It was very affordable and reasonably priced. Honestly, I think it’s a true gem, one of the best food spots in Hounslow.

5 /5 Nai Nai: I recently visited Heritage Bar & Kitchen, and what truly made the experience stand out was Elz, one of the bar staff members. From the moment we sat at the bar, Elz was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to go through the cocktail menu, offered l recommendations, and made sure my drink matched exactly what I was in the mood for. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about delivering exceptional service. The music and overall vibe were great and really added to the atmosphere. The playlist was so good we even had to ask for the SoundCloud details! It created the perfect backdrop for the day/evening relaxed, upbeat, and stylish without being overwhelming. Elz was not only friendly but also professional, and his personality truly elevated the entire experience. The venue itself offers great drinks and food, but it was the exceptional service from Elz — combined with the amazing music and vibes — that made the visit truly memorable. I’ll definitely be returning, and I hope to be served by him again!
