5 /5 Rehan Muhammad: We were in Reading for a couple of days and decided to try Biryani Boyzz on the first night. It definitely did not disappoint and within 2 days we came here 4 times!! The food is great, really delicious and the portions are great. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Given the deliciousness of the food the price is really really reasonable.

5 /5 Z A: During my recent visit to Biryani Boyzz in Reading, I had the opportunity to try their masala fish and biryani. Both dishes were delicious, but the masala fish, in particular, stood out as exceptionally flavourful and expertly prepared. The portions were satisfying, and the pricing was quite reasonable given the quality. The restaurant maintains a clean, comfortable atmosphere, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. The staff were courteous, helpful, and consistently welcoming, serving with genuine smiles. Overall, Biryani Boyzz offers excellent food, great value, and warm hospitality. I would readily recommend it to students and colleagues seeking authentic, well-prepared meals.

1 /5 Saurav Rai: Food Hygiene Rating: 1 ⭐ (out of 5) The rice genuinely tasted like it came straight out of an 1800s storage crate. I grew up in a rice-eating household, so the difference between fresh rice and stale, cheap, old stock is painfully obvious. This was firmly in the category of “has this been sitting in a warehouse since the Victorian era?” Price aside, the quality was shocking. The rice clearly wasn’t rinsed or washed properly either, which explains the strange taste and texture. At this point I’m half expecting tomorrow to involve some quality time with the bathroom. To make things worse, the establishment also scores 1 out of 5 on food hygiene, which after this experience unfortunately makes perfect sense. Also worth noting: the ratings here look suspiciously inflated. After experiencing the food firsthand, it’s difficult to believe the high reviews reflect genuine customer experiences. They feel artificial at best. Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Ive had lots and this by far is the winner. The best at being the worse.

5 /5 Mubashir Jahangir: Visited Biryani Boyz (Reading, UK) and honestly everything was spot on. The chapli kabab was full of flavour and perfectly cooked, the biryani was aromatic and well-spiced, and the paaye were rich, comforting, and cooked just right. Portion sizes were generous and the prices were very budget-friendly for the quality you get. Great taste, great value, definitely coming back and highly recommended!
