5 /5 Giang Nguyen: Mộc is such a great find, only about 3 minutes from Deptford station. The restaurant feels really cozy and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that makes you want to stay and enjoy your meal. The staff are super friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. The food itself is authentic and full of flavour – you can tell it’s made with care. A real highlight for me was the coffee: they have both egg coffee and salted coffee, and they taste exactly like in Vietnam – creamy, rich, and comforting. It’s rare to find that done properly in London, so that alone makes it worth the visit. If you’re around Deptford and craving proper Vietnamese food (and coffee!), this is definitely the spot.

Emana Mangue Miguel “MP MANGUE” Incredible place with an African atmosphere, I felt at home with the welcoming treatment of the staff, the food was delicious although and at a good price, the live music. The only thing I didnt like is that the space is small, it should be a bigger place. For everything else, great. They deserve four stars!!!

We enjoyed the beef tacos, chicken and waffles and a good juicy beef burger, we specifically asked to not have a smashed burger and they kindly catered for us! The music is so fun and lively, playing from a record player with a cactus on top! Sylvia was a great host and all the staff were friendly and helpful! Portion sizes were great too!
