5 /5 Jasvir Singh Gill: I would like to take a moment to highlight one of the best customer service experiences I have recently had, with the Regional Manager, Jason McKeon, at the Yo! Sushi counter in Tesco, Osterley.
Jason was extremely enthusiastic and passionate about the new menu launching at the Osterley store. He approached me while I was looking at the sushi boxes and warmly expressed his gratitude for me choosing Yo! Sushi. I found his energy, friendliness, and genuine passion for the brand both endearing and memorable.
It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service, and I felt it deserved recognition.
