5 /5 Christopher Anthony: An amazing place to have similar to authentic food. Very clean and tidy comfortable sitting beautiful interior. BYOB is the a great thing as well all they ask is not to bring your mixers. Great recommendations from staff as well. A must visit.

1 /5 Clean Chop: done a order for first time. spent 18 pound for a chicken curry and rice. portion was terrible like a kids curry and rice. food was mid nothing special. not worth the money

Honestly, I think the chef skipped the chicken and served me a block of Himalayan salt with garnish. My taste buds filed for early retirement, and I’m pretty sure I hit my sodium intake for the next decade. If you’re looking for flavor, keep walking. If you’re looking for a medical emergency, congratulations—you’ve found your place!"

1 /5 Drav Nam: This is the first time this has happened to me where a restaurant made a mistake by sending the wrong order, then asked me to reorder from the vender which would of charged me but then agreed it was their mistake and would send the right order. When delivering they asked for the food back even though they knew it was in correct which seems suspicious. I have thrown my food away as Im concerned that my food has been recycled from another customers complaint. 1st and definitely last time Im using this place.

4 /5 Tech Zilla: I visited this restaurant for lunch with my family, I have been here a number of times and usually just as it is opening for lunch. It slowly becomes busier during service and by the time I leave it is a third full. The restaurant front is a little dated and needs updating but nothing major, it is in a small parade of shops across the road from Wickes. You can park on the side road or the Wicked car park but for a limited time. The restaurant is large with plenty of seating and enough space so you don’t feel closed in. The food is Indian cuisine and mainly in the Punjabi style, the fish pakoras and delicious by the way! Portions are large and food is usually very tasty, on one occasion the food didn’t taste as good as previous visits which I assume was because there was a different cook covering service. The food overall is lovely but the price could be a couple of pounds less in my opinion. I often end up having to take home half my meal lol, the lamb jalfrezi is excellent and very very spicy, naans, paratha, biryani’s and saag are some of my favourites. The toilets are clean but not big, there is a disabled toilet for anyone wondering. The service is good and friendly but sometimes i feel that they could use one more member of staff to take the pressure off. Overall I would recommend Desi Tadka and as I said I have visited it on numerous occasions.
