1 /5 Ali N: Staff member refused to cook the pizza well done - apparently customers are not allowed to request their preferences whilst paying for a product and service. Absolutely disgusting train the staff to understand the basics around customer service. The funny thing is this dominoes is a franchise and another local branch with the same franchisee doesn’t refuse this. Staff at Morden are completely incompetent and lazy - Avoid at every cost.

1 /5 Soudi Monazzah: Their app picks up the wrong store and they wont accept to change it. You confirm your store but ends up somewhere else. Secondly will sell the same item when there is a deal under full price. It is not programmed to offer you the deal if you choose the item in the main menu. They dont refund you either when you call to ask to change the store. Their thin pizzas are mostly burnt on the corners and the base is brown.
