The shisha is well prepared and service is generally good, especially during quieter hours. That said, it can get quite busy in the evenings, and service may slow down at peak times. Overall, a solid place on Great West Road if you’re looking for a chilled shisha lounge with a modern feel.

1 /5 Sahil Marwaha: PLASTIC IN FOOD! I am beyond shocked! Plastic in my burger. I ordered a lamb burger and they left the plastic on from the cheese. I realised there was something weird about the texture. I opened it and there was a plastic film inside the burger. I must have had at least 2-3 bites of the plastic as it was stuck to the meat. Judging by the reviews it doesnt look like the first time this has happened. They didn’t sincerely apologise. They didnt even refund me the full amount till I went back and told them. Shocking staff that dont pay attention to something as simple as cooking a burger. By the looks of the reviews this place should have been shut down a long time ago.

1 /5 Minix Media: Wow ! What used to be a great place for food what happened? I ordered a basic donor with salad and nan. £9.99. The meat was thin , cold and looked and tasted raw, the nan was tough and cold, salad was the only thing they got right. £9.99 straight in the bin ! Wont be coming back here again , really gone downhill.

1 /5 Bal Singh: AVOID! Ordered Veggie wraps both came with meat - had go to get it fixed by going myself. When I got home the spicy potatoes had meat in them I don’t understand how you make the same mistake twice in a row. Staff not helpful or inviting. Quite rude if you ask me.

1 /5 Marius I’m: I didn’t check the reviews before ordering, but I decided to give it a try since I couldn’t cancel the order. I ordered the chicken gyros. When it arrived, it looked really good, however the smell was very unpleasant — like lamb/cow and almost rotten, which I personally can’t stand. I couldn’t eat it and nearly felt sick from the smell. I paid £24 and unfortunately had to throw it away.
