Tern Restaurant -

Rating: 4.6 /5
George Isted My partner and I wanted somewhere a little bit special for our anniversary dinner and Tern delivered and more. A fantastic experience from arrival to leaving with friendly attentive staff and pleasant surroundings. We enjoyed the 5 course (+ cheese) menu and it can only be described as excellent. An amazing fusion and balance of delicate flavours (especially the halibut which was exquisite) that would be hard to beat and worthy of Michelin star restaurants I have visited in the past. Thanks so much for making it a wonderful visit including the extra’s provided for our anniversary. It was appreciated and I can’t wait to come back to see what is on the menu next time! If there was any criticism I would say the lighting above the tables was a little bright for a relaxed evening setting.

CrabShack -

Rating: 4.6 /5
Kev Oliver Second time at The CrabShack and I was not disappointed. I had the prawn cocktail to start and the Stargazy pie for mains. Both were delicious washed down with a lovely German draft beer. Not cheap, but competitively priced. The servers were very attentive and the service was excellent, thoroughly recommended.

ARTBOX Cafe - My Melody & Kuromi Tea Shop - East Sussex

Rating: 4.4 /5
Adam B An absolute must if you’re a Sanrio fan - the atmosphere is lovely, with lots of cute decor and nice little touches everywhere. The food and drinks are tasty, and fully themed, with fun decorations all over. Not the cheapest, but largely on par with a more premium cafe, so not unreasonable. The store downstairs has some items exclusive to the cafe (mainly mugs and pins), so even if you’ve been to the Artbox store in Covent Garden, it’s worth having a look around.

Lucky Food Chinese Take Away -

Rating: 4.2 /5
Tim Ross Finally! A Chinese takeaway where all the dishes do not taste generic. Weve had takeaway from here three times and every time each dish tastes different and unique. As you can see in the photo, the food is beautifully prepared and tastes as delicious as it looks. Even their prawn crackers taste better than those weve had from other takeaways in Worthing. I strongly recommend ordering through the website. You can pick a delivery time, see what stage of cooking your meal is at and know when its on its way. Delivery is prompt. The portions are really generous too - what youre seeing in the photo is maybe 1/3 of each dish. Were already counting down to the next time we can order again!
