4 /5 Harry Chinn: Please bring back the crinkle cut chips. The peri peri fries are not the same, using any other type of chip. Your food is amazing and has something special to it. However on this occasion it’s just been let down by the change of chip used.

We’ve been ordering from you almost every week, and your team even recognizes us by now. That’s why it’s so disappointing that our order has been incorrect several times lately. I drive 10 miles just to pick up your food because we truly prefer it over others. But it’s frustrating when the order isn’t right, especially after all this time. The issue seems to be that the staff doesn’t always listen carefully when taking the order. Please take this feedback seriously—I’m only sharing it because we genuinely like your food and want to continue supporting your business. A little more attention to accuracy would make a big difference.

1 /5 nav: We ordered a 15 inche pizza and it was full of oil and tasted disgusting and not even like pizza. the worst pizza i have ever eaten. they gave us one dip and when i asked if i can have one or 2 more they said ‘ i just work here and we only give 1, if you want you can pay for one more’. We then ordered a burger for 3.50 and it was tiny and tasted somehow worse than the pizza.
