Raj Tandon A small and enticing menu where the quality of the food really stood out. Five stars as I would definitely return. The tandoori chicken though not the traditional recipe was better than the original, and I have had the original at the restaurant in old Delhi where it originated. A lovely South Indian dhal with sweet undertones. The surprise of the evening was the kulcha naan. I would definitely recommend finishing with the mango soft serve

London firstuk Dined here many times. Friendly staff and outstanding service. Many dishes are not visible as theyre made fresh upon request (refer to menu). The atmosphere is warm and pleasing, with an ambience that beautifully blends modern and classic touches. Dishes are exquisite, bursting with flavour, and cooked accordingly upon request. Will wholeheartedly recommend!

彭小半 Visited Kioku by Endo for lunch and was impressed by the modern Japanese dishes with Mediterranean touches. The Bento Lunch was well-portioned and balanced, with fresh fish, flavorful rice, and a smooth chawanmushi. The restaurant itself is elegant and bright, perfect for a relaxed meal. Service was friendly and attentive. Many reviewers mention that the sushi and other dishes are creative but still approachable, and the overall vibe makes it a nice spot to enjoy a calm afternoon in London. marky mark My wife was taking our daughter to a local party, so I took time to come and have some lunch, having seen such good reviews on Instagram. Fantastic restaurant, the Sunday roast chicken was of generous portion and very well cooked, I also had banoffee pie, (superb + tasty) which the manager then deducted from the bill as ‘on us’. Fantastic service, friendly, warm and I will be back with my family and strongly recommend when in Putney!

Joshua Westcott The Pig and Whistle is a proper neighborhood pub! Its got that cozy, friendly vibe that makes you want to settle in for a long chat. The staff is super welcoming and always up for a laugh. Plus, they pour a perfect pint of beer – just what you need on a chilly London day. The food is classic pub fare, done really well. Think the club sandwich , fish and chips, and all the comfort food you could ask for. What sets this place apart is the atmosphere. Its not trying to be anything its not. Its just a great pub where you can relax, catch up with friends, or watch a game of footy, If youre looking for a no-frills, good-times pub, The Pig and Whistle is a solid choice. You wont be disappointed!
