1 /5 Chandu Chandrika: I have a good impression that taco bell have reasonable prices and good taste but Worst customer service ever a lady on the till I paid the money the payment is done but she said the payment is not gone through she didn’t check properly I haven’t check on my phone so I paid again by cash so i asked refund she doesn’t know how to refund asking me to take another item is that fair? At least cashier should know how to make refund and sort out the problem

Even with available seating didnt really want to sit down anywhere but found a take that was reasonably less messy than others so cleaned it myself. Food was served pretty quick. Was surprised with how flavourless the food was. Fair value for money. Place looked a bit tired considering taco bell feels like it hasnt been Im the highstreet for long

The first big plus is that they serve halal food, and secondly, the taste is consistently good—fresh, flavourful, and exactly what you expect from a casual bite. The menu offers plenty of variety, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Overall, it’s a solid go-to place for quick, tasty food. Recommended.

1 /5 Adrian Slav: I placed an order at the self-service kiosk and paid, but the machine showed a message saying “ask a team member for assistance.” The staff told me to pay again, assuring me that the first payment would be refunded to my card in a few days. I clearly explained that I was only staying in the country for 3 more days and would not be able to come back. I was told this was not a problem and that the refund would be processed automatically to my card. Two weeks later, after receiving no refund, I sent someone to speak to them in person. The manager then said that they can only give the money back if I come and tap my card again in the restaurant, which is impossible since I am no longer in the country. This situation could have been resolved very easily with a simple transaction, but their inteions are quite clear. This is completely unacceptable. Poor customer service, lack of basic decency, and what feels like open theft. I would strongly advise others to be careful with the staff.
