5 /5 G H: A real local gem! High-end dining feel without the high-end price! A total Twickenham standout. Don’t let the pub label fool you; the food here is top-tier and presented beautifully. It feels like dining in a luxury restaurant but the bill is a pleasant surprise given the high quality. The team is so welcoming and friendly, Will definitely be back!

5 /5 Janet Mooney: We held a meeting here. The room was nicely set out in advance for us. It was great to be able to have a drink during our meeting and then to socialise afterwards in the bar (over more drinks!). We didnt eat on this occasion, but have done after previous meetings. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming as ever.

5 /5 Eileen Dundas: Had Sunday lunch with a friend and both if us were very happy. I had the roast beef and the portion size was perfect. It tasted delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative for me was as a disabled person, (not in wheelchair), I pressed the button to call assistant forthe lift, as advertised but noone came. Was waiting around outside till I saw a waiter clearing tables and spoke to him. He was helpful and sorted a temporary ramp. Would advise any disabled people to arrange ahead of going. But all else was enjoyable.

5 /5 Mya Harris: i’ve met and chatted with a few of the staff here now, including managers. my last trip i was welcomed by a mister Vini and a miss Eilidh (pronounced ay-lee, whom i have seen before, always super friendly) the staff are always very kind, funny and accommodating, starting conversations with patrons and asking questions. i had a book with me and one of the staff i’d never encountered before asked me about it, even though we didn’t have the same taste and had never met before! the staff here are genuinely amazing; so sweet, funny and super entertaining. i’ve seen them interacting with other customers in different demographics to myself and their treatment is so consistent, always kind, always welcoming. so so glad this is my local. love these guys x p.s. i’ve never come here for the food or for the hotel so wouldn’t be able to discuss those, but if you’re coming for a drink (or 4 ;) ), you will not be disappointed! lovely environment and equal customer service. amazing. love them

5 /5 Made by Claus: This hotel/pub it was a nice random place that surprised us with a delicious burger and a nice kind of relaxing atmosphere. Kind of because it is by the main road, but relaxing because it was sunny, you can see Thames river over the road and enjoy a pint and some food. The staff was friendly, quite helpful, and polite even they were massively understaffed and they were running all over. The management should do their job better and not exploy their people, but ot might be the exception as it was a sunny day and lots of people joined us so this time I will not consider this in my review. We will update it if we return, and it will be a similar situation. Parking is available on the back of the hotel or on the side streets, but with limited access.
