Robinson David “Family Guy” Lovely food with great service. This little gem is a 5 to 10 minute walk from Canada Water and is well worth the trip. Set over two floors the restaurant is tastefully decorated and equally as nice for a family meal or romantic date night. Quality turkish food, the kebabs were beautifully cooked so they were nice and tender. The prawn dish was however the surprise star dish. A lot of turkish restaurants struggle with seafood but this one was superb. The prawns were large king prawns and you get a lot of them in a tasty sauce. The bread was fresh and fluffy - ideal for dipping in the prawn dish! The staff were all very friendly and our daughter summed it up by announcing she gave them a 5 star review! Highly recommended.

Christian Liberman Great, reliable restaurant with dishes that are fresh and tasty and quick to come to the table. I try and have something different every time I go, and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately my partner is unable to eat there due to her health issues and allergies but the vibrant atmosphere makes it a fun experience, even if youre not eating. Weve been served by Sophie the last couple of times weve been, and shes been highly attentive and very helpful, particularly with our latest visit where there was an issue with my Blue Light Card discount and she helped to rectify it. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Horsham.

The Alliance NW6 - Brent

Rating: 4.5 /5
Anand Roy Having been coming to the Alliance for years, usually only for drinks, we finally decided to try the food there. We got the Black Pudding Scotch egg to start. This hands down was the best scotch egg I have ever eaten - we had to give compliments to the chef. The perfectly fried coating of pork and black pudding, the wonderfully creamy runny egg yolk was divine. This is a must have and despite the high price - £9.50, I wouldnt hesitate to get it again. I had the beer battered Fish and Chips, whilst my partner had the chicken leek and mushroom pie. Both of which fresh and clearly hand made with high quality ingredients. The food is definitely worth a try - alongside other of their excellent wines. I am annoyed that I didnt try the food before.

Sam Rowe We recently held our wedding reception at The Grantley Arms, and it was nothing short of perfect from start to finish. Everything — from the service, food, and atmosphere to the organization and flow of the day — was absolutely faultless. A huge and heartfelt thank you to Freya, who oversaw the entire day with such professionalism and care. She was there from start to finish, quietly making sure everything ran smoothly — a true credit to the venue and an absolute star. The whole day felt like a well-oiled machine, allowing us to relax completely and simply enjoy every moment. The team at The Grantley Arms went above and beyond to make our day special, and we honestly can’t thank them enough. Every guest commented on how wonderful the food and service were, and we couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate our wedding. Thank you so much to Freya and the entire team — you made our day truly unforgettable.
