5 /5 David Gatherer: Quiet but lovely, though it was only a Wednesday evening. Still, considering how good the food is a little surprised how quiet it was. Would highly recommended it. Honest, simple, tasty food. Nothing overpowered any of the flavours. You could pretty much pick out every ingredient. Breads are made to order, a lovely touch being able to watch them make mine. I’m not local, so very happy I found this little gem. Saddened as I’ll probably not get a chance to come back. All the same, I’ll be saving this to my list of places to eat.

3 /5 Leão negro: We visited this Persian restaurant on a weekday for a late lunch. The prices are above average for the area, and the extensive menu showed great promise. Unfortunately, when my lamb chops arrived, they were not at all tender, requiring chewing for an extended period prior to swallowing (Ive eaten grilled lamb chops at a number of similar restaurants, where the meat falls of the bone). At this price point, the dish did not deliver, although the other diner with me found their dish palatable. I wont be returning to Beheshte any time soon. Visited on 20th Jan 2026.

5 /5 Gemma: Walked past looking for somewhere to eat, the menu outside looked good, but the restaurant was empty so we weren’t too sure. We decided to give it a try and glad that we did!! The staff were very polite and welcoming, the food was lovely, so fresh, full of flavour, cooked perfectly and the portions were very generous, the fresh made bread was amazing!! If you are in the area definitely give it a try!!!

5 /5 Clair Neale: warm atmosphere. the staff were all very freindly. we had a two year old with our group and they offered different seatting and cutlery to make her comphortable. we watched them make the breads at the front, then came the food! the staff helped with the menu choices and told us about their in house sauces. we had some picky eaters in the group but everyone enjoyed the food! i had the chicken special and the mint tea. delicous!

5 /5 Anna: Absolutely amazing, delicious food for a fraction of the price. The service is excellent and very welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back.
