1 /5 Nadiya: Honestly, one of the worst place we ever experienced. Wanted to give 0* Stars, if was possible.
Me and my family went to Leyton Fun Fair Event, and we were hungry so we started looking for Food Shops. Then, we found this Italian Restaurant/Chicken Shop. We check it out, it seemed normal at the beginning, had to ask for the menu.
Once, we ordered, the Owner-staff overcharged us, as he got confused many times, kept explaining him. Didnt give my money back or any type of compensation.
Queueing line filled up quickly, due to the Fun Fair taking place, the owner takes 1 order at a time in every 30 Minutes, once the order is taken by the owner, he and his Wife, goes inside, so they dont have to communicate or deal with other customers, as he cant and dont know how to serve more people.
The owner didnt let us go to the Bathroom, which is not helpful, even though we were customers.
The food took 30-35 minutes to be served, Customer Service was absolutely unbelievablely terrible. We order few Burgers with Chips, 15 Inch Pizza, and Drinks. 15 Inch Pizza was small, it seem 12 Inch, I have seen and order many times from other shops being large, I know how 15 inch Pizza looks like. The pizza wasnt cut/sliced property, when taking a slice it is ripping apart with other slices, ingredients such as Pepperoni was falling out. The pizza is not even proper Italian style pizza.
Do NOT Recommend this place, you will not receive Customer Service properly and waste money here for bad food quality. Not a FAMILY Friendly place. What a disgraceful.
Rather go to other Food Shops, for better food quality and customer service. They will not ignore you, like this Pepe Rosso.
