Bexley Pizza - (Near Bexley, South East)

1 /5 Zareen Mohiuddin: We did not receive the pizza we ordered. When we called the restaurant, we offered to return the incorrect pizza and politely requested that it be remade according to our original order. The staff member refused, despite the fact that we were not asking for a free pizza. This was a very disappointing experience. Very poor customer service. Would NOT recommend.

1 /5 Muteeb Butt: Honestly, Pathetic, made wrong pizza, brought it back and asked for thr correct one. Would refuse to make correct pizza as apparently not allowed by boss, would refuse to give refund, would refuse to give bosses tel number to talk to them direct, I actually walked away without any pizza while having paid full and they were okay with it. Can’t force me to eat what I didn’t order and don’t want. Never in my life seen such a thing. Honestly, Pathetic service. Beyond undestanding. Avoid Avoid Avoid

1 /5 Anjum Mohiuddin: Worst and awful service!! We placed an order for a spicy pizza with additional toppings. When we collected the pizza and got home, we realised that most of the toppings were missing, and the pizza was not what we ordered at all. We immediately called the store and politely asked if we could bring the pizza back so it could be remade correctly. The staff member we spoke to refused and said he would not remake the pizza. Never seen someone as rude as that guy. We paid for a specific order and did not receive what we asked for. Instead, we were given something they decided to make. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had terrible customer service and completely unacceptable. I am disgusted that we paid for their service and received such poor treatment in return.

5 /5 Zaine Brown: Honestly amazing very good pizzas loads of variety of toppings and a price that’s unbeatable this was most popular food place in my school for a reason!!

1 /5 Georgina Gallagher: We waited for almost an hour and a half before I called the shop. Person at the shop said the driver was 5 minutes away. Waited and still no food. Called again and was told they would check with the driver. They did call me back and said my food was 1 minute away. 10 minutes later when I still had no order I called the shop again but they were no longer answering the phone. My calls were ignored repeatedly and finally the food arrived. The pizza was undercooked, had hardly any sauce and was just horrible. I will be seeking a refund and will never order from them again.
