Murtadha Kadhim Very friendly and always accommodating staff. Food is great. Edit: They recently switched to a Turkish mangal instead of the old gas grill and the kebabs have jumped to a new level. They did have some incompetant staff a few months back in Nov-Dec 2021 but they have since left and service has improved substantially since. Any that may have had bad experiences should definitely give it another chance. Their food recently looks amazing. Theyve added wraps and are in the process of adding chicken wings too.

Mellita Dsilva Oooh what a gem of a find! An authentic Thai restaurant inside a pub....stuff only dreams are made of. The food is absolutely delicious, made by Thai chefs. And the pub staff serving drinks are the kindest, loveliest people too. So a win-win on food and beverage. A must visit for great ambience, comfort food and a home like feel

Darren Such a warm homely feeling in this Pub. A Very comforting and relaxing atmosphere. The building is beautiful from the outside and inside the seating and furnishings are to a high standard. Food is on par and on a level you’d expect for the price. A lovely Pub and definitely recommended.

Robin Rudwick We went to Fish Friday at the Kings Head. Great service. The fish was excellent. Between us we had a whole, stuffed sea bream and a lemon sole for mains, plus pil pil prawns (I think) and oysters for starters. We overdid the sides with chips plus smashed potatoes and a green veg.

Fay Hamilton We visited today, as we won a competition on Facebook for a Sunday roast for two, our journey of an hour and 10 minutes was definitely well worth it.. we would definitely go back as paying customers. The food was by far the best roast dinner we have had in a long time, compliments to the chef! Ethan, who welcomed and served us, was outstanding. We both had the topside beef, and it was delicious. My partner had the baileys sundae, and he said it was absolutely delicious. I had the oreo sundae, and it was to die for!! All staff were friendly.. the pub itself was clean. The only downfall was nothing to do with the pub itself, but a raucous crowd disturbed the atmosphere.. but that can be expected in a pub.. we would definitely love to come back if in the area. Please note that starters are not available on the menu on a Sunday.

Micheal DeBono The Vale cafe is a nice family reunion n business. Polite and cheerful. The food is nice and plentiful, also very reasonable priced too.
