Burger King - (Near , South East)

1 /5 Karen jones: They state they are open until 12.00am but when we arrived at 11.30pm and tried the door it was all closed up. Looked in the drive through window as well but could see no staff. Should not say online the wrong opening times. Went up the road to mcdonalds who were open until 12. You must loose so much trade to mcdonalds as they honour there opening hours

5 /5 Natalie Mawudoku: A gentleman previously helped me when my late partner was suffering from stage 4 cancer when we visited the restaurant after going to the gym, I asked if he could please wipe the tables previously before we sat as my fiancé who was very ill suffered from sepsis alot due to low immune system, and he helped so much he couldnt help enough he wiped the tables and asked if there was anything else we needed. I forgot to do this review at the time, but I have further good reviews to add about this employee. On the first visit since My late fiancé passed on I I informed the gentleman that my partner has passed away on the first visit back as I said how hard just coming out is let alone come here where we shared memories and he spoke with me regarding this with compassion and said he remembered us and that he wiped the table for my partner, I didnt recognise him at first. For a employee to remember me and the situation when he serves so many people is great customer service and shows he cares. I came through the drive through at approximately 17:00 on Tuesday 14th October 2025 to be greeted by the same very friendly young man(I cannot remember his name) but he was full of smiles and was very pleasant to talk to, he looked approximately 24 years of age and had brown hair. I will find out his name and come back to this review when I find out. This was the second time I have visited since My beautiful fiancé of 10 years Dom passed away in July, I more so came back to burger king as my partner Dom used to love burger king, he used to love the chicken royale. I have since been avoiding things that my partner done including food he ate but it makes me feel closer by doing things he loved. I ordered a BBQ meal with cheese chilli bites, chips, a drink and nuggets, the best meal I have had from burger king although the beef burger could be a little less dry but the value was great and so was the service so I will return. This employee made the visit so much easier and was brilliant, he deserves a raise and promotion.Thank you so much. Hopefully I will be served again by you soon. Many thanks , Natalie M

3 /5 Sue Harrison: The XL burger and chips we both had was absolutely delicious but the onion rings were awful. Im sure they had been sitting around for ages and then warmed up in the microwave when I put in my order. Definitely NOT worth the extra £3.49 we paid. When I collected my order, I was given 2 empty cups and not told about the self service machine !!!! The diet coke I chose was flat and watery so I emptied it out and chose another drink from the other machine. I dont know why you have to choose a drink on the self service machine as some of the ones available are not on the screen and vice versa !!! When I told a member of staff the machine was out of tickets, he told me I didnt need a ticket as the number appears on the screen. I was waiting for the receipt to come out so didnt see the number on the screen as it disappeared too quickly. I found the staff to be totally disinterested in anything except talking to each other and had their backs to the customers the whole time. Did not get a greeting, a thank you or a goodbye. A bit of retraining is in order I feel.

5 /5 Sarah Scott: Stupidly ordered to the wrong BK location. Staff was very understanding and kind and helped us get our order. Fries were super fresh! Best BK location!
