5 /5 Elouise: A brilliant evening out! The food was impeccable, from the presentation to the taste of each course. The staff are friendly and there’s a welcoming atmosphere. It’s got plenty of areas for photo opportunities with staff willing to take photos for you! There was live music which was a lovely addition to the meal we had. We will definitely be heading back soon!

5 /5 Savita Nayyar: I recently celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday at Calico and from the very first conversation to the final song of the night, everything felt so personal and thoughtfully done. Rahul and his incredible chef took such care in creating a special menu that perfectly suited all our guests, both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. Malcolm made sure the evening flowed exactly as I had imagined, especially the surprise entry which was such a special moment for my husband. The welcome drinks were not only delicious but looked stunning with their lovely garnishes. The gulaab jamun cheesecake was simply spectacular and something my husband absolutely loved. Seeing the smile on his face made all the planning worthwhile. The library room had such a warm and homely feel. It made everyone feel relaxed and comfortable, almost like we were hosting in our own home but without any of the stress. Our guests are still talking about the food and the atmosphere. When the DJ started later in the evening, it brought such great energy and was the perfect way to end the celebration. I have given 5 stars for service because the team genuinely listens. When I suggested having a staff member near the buffet to assist with refilling, they took it on board so positively. That level of care really stands out. Thank you to the whole team for making my husband’s milestone birthday so special. We felt completely looked after and I will definitely be hosting future events here again.

The food was outstanding, the ambience was beautiful, and the service was truly exceptional. The team went above and beyond by surprising my friend with a complimentary slice of cake and a candle, which was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. Huge shoutout to Malcom, George, and the entire team for making the night so special. An unforgettable celebration—we can’t wait to come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 /5 Charlotte Hygate: Adriana and Emma looked after us from start to finish. Beautiful establishment food was very perfect, music on vibe and drinks wonderful. Staff so attentive and nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend to anyone in the area will definitely be booking future! Thanks team!

2 /5 zeeshan Cheema: I went here on Valentine’s Day. The food was amazing and the inside looks really nice. However, this is the worst staff I’ve come across. I asked for water and no one came to give it so I had to ask again. Before paying the women said “Oh it went through” in such a surprising tone which I did not appreciate at all. While all of this, I asked for a member of staff to take a picture of us. We waited for 10 minutes for nothing. So we left, changing our minds about coming here again. After I asked for someone to take a picture, another member of staff asked multiple times if we paid (we already did). I’m so disappointed with the staff. We dressed very presentable and we were so nice to everyone. I asked if I was able to tip them, but it wasn’t possible. I’m not too sure why they were so different with us compared to everyone else, maybe because we are quite young but that shouldn’t get in the way of simple efforts. I didnt want to leave a review but honestly, I can’t get this experience out my head. Thank you for reading.
