1 /5 v S: The waitress Megha is awfully disgusting at customer service I am not sure how she is surviving in the food business with this stinky attitude as you will loose all your customers. The restaurant was empty when we entered so I said can we sit inside she said no it’s reserved but until we left no one turned up. And she made us sit at the front and it was so cold as people kept opening the door to come inside/exist. Food came cold (not sure if this was done intentionally) not worth it for the money. She was gossiping about us to her fellow staff so unprofessional. Masala maggie is something that is made in 2 minutes and it took them 30 minutes to bring it to the table although it was not busy. This karimeen (£17) went in the bin as eating this will straightaway get you heart attack, the food was soaked in 1 litre of oil, so it went in the bin! The waitress the (short lady sneha) told me this is how it is meant to be so I asked her “would you eat this?” She said no. They also refused refund which is not a big deal but they told me I should have called on the day it happened which was 10pm anyways, they don’t even pick up calls in the first place. I asked for a company email address to complain and the lady at the front gave me an invalid email address, this place is seriously a joke. DON’T go here, it’s a complete rip off. The manager refused to speak to us and he was watching us from the kitchen. I even complained to local council. All the 5 star reviews are from their friends or family and sometimes restaurant give freebies to customers to write good review. Don’t fall in the trap!!

1 /5 asker ali: Ordered paal poratta, Dum poratta and Fish pollichathu. I have to say the beef was really chewy and it was not either fresh or not a good quality beef. They tried to cover it up with the masala. It was not cooked properly.They should add more coconut milk in the paal portta and add more gravy on the top of Dum poratta. I had fish pollichathu in other kerala restaurant but this one was very bad. The fish is actually a frozen fish and it was really small and not a fresh one. I have visited eastham branch which was much better than this. I actually expected a lot but wont come here any more. Please cook the food fully especially beef and use fresh fish.

2 /5 Sangeeth Sebastian: An average shop at best. The biriyani is just… okay — definitely not the kind that gives you a “wow” moment. It’s missing soul, personality, and frankly, any ambition. I ordered at 7:30pm and the food arrived at 9:30pm. So here’s a tip: order from this place, put on a full movie, and by the time the screen says “The End”, your food might finally show up. The beef curry is passable, but honestly, show some respect to the beef. It looks like it’s been around longer than I have. Porotta is fine — nothing to complain about, nothing to celebrate either. Try it once if you want to get a hang of the food… or at least the waiting time.

1 /5 Praveen Pd: I visited this restaurant recently with my family, including my 8-year-old daughter, but I was quite disappointed to see that the plates provided were broken and not properly maintained. It really affects the overall dining experience, especially when dining with children. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their utensils and service. The noodles and beef koth were fine, but the Al-Faham Mandi didn’t taste good — it didn’t seem fresh.
