5 /5 Paul Pandek: Food was excellent, fresh and full of flavour. The fried chicken was crispy and well cooked. Service was good and the place had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Overall a very enjoyable visit and definitely worth coming back.

1 /5 Molly Anderson: Me & my family called this evening to place an order over the phone for collection, he told us it would be ready to collect in 15mins. My dad went down to collect our order after the 15mins and let Hisham (the man who took our order) know that he was there to collect our order. Hisham (if that’s even his name) then went on to say to my dad ‘I thought your order was a joke, it sounded like a joke over the phone’ - as you can imagine my dad was taken back and explained that we had been customers for over 10 years, our order was most definitely not a joke and our food had not been made. My sister then called them up to ask what happened and explained we still wanted our order and ‘Hisham’ was so rude to my sister on the phone. We have never had an issue with our food or customer service in 10 years. The food is always lovely and I can’t fault that. However, ‘Hisham’ needs to be reviewed as he will loose customer very quickly.

1 /5 Tilly Anderson: After visiting this shop for 20 years I am so disappointed. I put a very large order in for me and my family probably over £70 worth of food. I always call them up before I go to collect my order to make it easier for them and they let me know when it will be ready to be picked up. The guy on the phone told me it would be about 15 mins. 15 mins later a family member went down to get our takeaway only to be told that he thought that the call was a joke and hasnt even started preparing it. After being told this information I called them up and spoke to Hisham (if that is even his real name) and explained that it was not a joke and were very upset that this is the service that theyre giving to their customers of 20+ years. To then him turning around and saying to me "Do you even know the managers name if youve been coming here for years?". He put the phone down on me and didnt even try and give any compensation or say that he would try and get it back as soon as possible.

5 /5 Mubashar Sapru: Staying in the area with family so dropped by here for some halal fried chicken. We bought a mix of chicken pieces, wings and burgers. All beautifully fresh, tasty, well seasoned and cooked to order so nice and hot and crispy! The brother running the place was so kind and polite, really want to say thank you for helping us have a lovely meal.
