2 /5 Rad Graban: I had a couple of good takeaway meals from here, especially the biryani, so I was keen to try their weekend special, the baby lamb mandi.
When I ordered, I was told it would take 25–30 minutes and that I should call before returning. I went back without calling and decided to eat in instead. I was then told the dish would need another ten minutes.
The wait became unreasonable. Twenty minutes passed with no food and no update. The dining area was left unattended throughout, with several tables still covered in dirty dishes. I decided to leave. As I stepped outside, I saw the staff member handling my order smoking and chatting with a friend.
The experience also raised doubts about the dish itself. When I returned, I was asked again whether I wanted lamb or chicken mandi, which didn’t match the idea of a prepared weekend special and made it feel less than authentic.
Poor service, an untidy dining area, and confusion around the food made this a disappointing visit. I won’t be returning for takeaway or dine-in.
