1 /5 Sarah England: Two portions of prawn balls were missing from our order. We waited 15 minutes before starting our meal because the food was getting cold, hoping the rest would arrive quickly. Unfortunately, after finishing our dinner, we had to call to ask how much longer it would be. We were told they would arrive “as soon as possible,” yet it took over an hour. When we called to inform them of the mistake, the staff showed no concern or sincerity regarding the inconvenience caused to our family. Waiting over an hour is not “ASAP.” Terrible service and very disappointing.
