5 /5 MUARRIF: Wonderful little cafe just opposite Seven Kings Station. Serves hot/cold drinks and cakes/pastries. Good ambience and seating. Very comfy and relaxing environment. Great for meeting up for quick cup of coffee and chat. Reasonable prices and the owner/staff very friendly and accommodating. This was the first visit by chance and very impressed with the service received.

2 /5 Rifat Rahman Tomal: We ordered a birthday cake worth of £55 and that cake was supposed to receive by us on next day by evening. When on next day evening we went to the store to receive the cake , they said that the cake is not ready yet. They also didn’t write down the “Happy Birthday” wish on top of the cake. When we checked and asked them to do so then they delayed a lot as well which really made us annoyed . The quality of the cake was okay but there are lack of professionalism and if they give a date then they should maintain the date as well when the customer goes to receive. If you have lots of time then yes you can go for them to order birthday cake otherwise need to go somewhere else .

1 /5 Kiran Kumar: One of the worst flat whites I’ve ever had. The staff clearly don’t understand the proper size or balance of a flat white. I was served in a large cup filled mostly with skimmed milk, completely diluting the coffee. The taste was so weak it felt more like drinking tea than coffee. Really disappointing experience.

1 /5 Zeel Patel: Absolutely terrible experience. I called the restaurant before ordering to confirm they could write a birthday message on a cake. I was told to place the order and add the message in the special instructions. I did exactly that: “Happy Birthday Mr Gill.” What arrived was shocking. The cake did not say “Happy Birthday” at all, just “HBD,” written badly and completely unprofessionally. This was for our boss’s birthday and was frankly embarrassing. When I complained, the restaurant then admitted they did not have staff who could write on the cake and told me to “adjust this time.” This was never mentioned before accepting the order. If they knew they couldn’t do it, they should not have accepted the order or should have contacted me. Instead, they took the money and delivered something they knew was wrong. They refused to fix it, refused to collect it, and offered no solution. Uber Eats were equally useless and said they “can’t do anything.” Zero accountability, dishonest communication, and no care for customers. If you need a cake for an important occasion, do not order from here. Save yourself the stress and disappointment.
