3 /5 Minh Chau: We got sat very quickly but that was the only thing that was quick. It took a long time to get our appetizers and even longer to get our mains. The food was average and not worth the long wait and price.

But in this case I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. We went in as walk-ins without reservation on a Saturday night and the had few tables available. We ordered the started, and amongst those we ordered the prawns. There were actually only 4 prawns on a disproportionately wide dish, that we were supposed to share amongst 5 people. This side was around £8… After that, we waited for over 45 minutes to get our mains. We ordered a whole chicken, the salmon, and the drumsticks with pork ribs. They arrived warm, not hot. And the flavours were honestly underwhelming and not “Caribbean” at all. The place wasn’t even fully booked, which could have justified the delay. We received no apologies from the staff. We may have been unlucky, sure, but based on this experience I cannot leave a more optimistic review.

5 /5 Tommy Ny: The restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a great vibe. The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared, with the jerk pork ribs standing out as a real highlight. They also have a happy hour for select cocktails between 5-7 pm, which is a nice bonus. The service was friendly. Overall, a great spot for a relaxed evening with good food and drinks.

1 /5 Sharnice Khan: I’m extremely disappointed with our experience on Valentine’s Day. My boyfriend booked a 7:30pm table and from the moment we arrived, the staff were unbothered, inattentive, and honestly just really bad. We were seated late, and it took almost 30 minutes just to get our order taken. By 9pm, we still hadn’t received a single drink, let alone our food. When my boyfriend asked what was going on, a staff member gave us food that actually belonged to the couple next to us — then took it away with no explanation. After more waiting, another waiter finally told us that our ticket had been lost and asked us to repeat our order. By then our plans later that evening were affected, so we said we’d take anything quickly available. Instead of trying to make up for their mistake, they gave us a single meal platter, missing items, and a can of Coke. No apology. No urgency. No effort to fix anything. The staff genuinely looked unbothered by the situation, even though it completely ruined what should have been a special evening. We left hungry, rushed, and embarrassed. Overall, the service was shockingly poor, and the staff’s attitude made it even worse.
