Jezreel Copa Went here for a friend’s birthday, from the outside the venue looked amazing the lighting and the atmosphere was extremely boujee and warm. From the front the service was impeccable, host and the waiters + bartender wonderful and accommodating. We booked a private room downstairs which fitted us all perfectly and the waiters were very patient with us as we kept moving around and standing and chatting (very sorry!). The food, insane, very Italian, genuinely loved every single plate they brought out though I was quite full by the time we had the mains haha. For the price, everything you get is worth it. Pacing was good in terms of when you receive food and even though they were busy we still received excellent service. Shout out to Kostas especially, laughing and engaging in conversation and keeping the atmosphere up!

Justice Rosegreen The food was flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the loaded plantain and the various rice options. Unfortunately, I was too hungry to take more pictures of the food. However, the chicken box is a great value for the price. The service was a bit slow, and it’s worth noting that this establishment is outdoors, covered with heaters, but still exposed to the elements. The atmosphere was pleasant, with great music. However, I wish the seating was more comfortable. Everything felt a bit sticky to the touch. Despite these minor issues, I would consider returning if I were in the area.

Courtney Prettejohn Our experience at Lury was outstanding. The flavour combinations of every single dish was so well thought out, incredibly creative, and unlike anything weve tasted before. Out of the 10 x dishes on the tasting menu, there was not 1 that felt flat or uninteresting. Every single dish was standout. It was hard to pick our favourite dishes because they were all so memorable. The service was attentive and kind without being overbearing. The ambience is relaxed and romantic, but paired back in a simple way. We couldnt be happier to have a restaurant of this quality in Hastings and cant wait to visit again. And we must say, cardamom butter is an absolute revelation!!

Belinda Lovell The first time I have eaten at Harper’s Bar but it definitely won’t be the last. If was a really good meal with plenty of tender meat and a variety of fresh well cooked veg. It was also a very reasonable price!

Jay Rube Everyone here are such nice people, great manner and respect, polite and refreshing, this team is hard to find as most places people are just wrapped up in their own bubble, Nathan and Maki and the other lady who was helping make with the coffee side was really awesome. The food is great, I ordered all 3 salads for £11+ with 2x chicken thighs. If you haven’t already been here what are you waiting for

Lee Bailey Ann is an amazing chef, her roast is just out of this world. The previous one disappeared before I could take a picture and I only just got these pics. One’s the Lamb (mine) and the other the pork, both stunning and bursting with flavour. We’ll definitely be back again. Thanks to all the staff at The Albion, a lovely Sunday Dinner.
