5 /5 Dan Watkinson: Had a wonderful meal here. All of the dishes were good, many were excellent. I would thoroughly recommend the chicken methi curry, the aloo paratha and the mango lassi drink. With the mains they serve an apricot, prune and tomato chutney which is absolutely delicious. We asked if they sell it, they said no but they gave me a little tub to take home with me for free which was a very kind gesture. Service was excellent all around, and the interior is decorated very nicely. The music was played at the perfect level- some nice ambient sound whilst still allowing for easy conversation.

5 /5 Simon Prutton: Wow…this place is amazing, have been wanting to try it for ages and finally got around to it. Fantastic flavours in everything we tried but the Puchkas are worth a special mention, as they were MINDBLOWINGLY GOOD - little shells with some potato and chickpeas inside and then you pour some tamarind water in the whole in the top and pop it in your mouth white. BOOM: one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted! I will definitely be back.

5 /5 Zubair Shehraz: Came here for a birthday celebration dinner and had a great dining experience here. The food was delicious! Everything we tried was wonderful with authentic flavours, and I enjoyed the chance to have a taste of a wide range of smaller dishes. They all came together wonderfully. The restaurant is located on the upper floor of Kingly Court, and the ambience was lovely. Service was excellent too. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

4 /5 Atif Sharif: Food was good, not great and something you crave for. Chutnies were good with complex flavours, along with shrimp dish and desserts. Beef was a little too sweet for my taste, and daal was the most underwhelming dish. It was bland both in terms of taste and presentation. Respect for Chef khan and her story truly is inspiring, but at the end it’s all about food. People visiting high end Desi restaurants expect bold flavours like gymkhana and dishoom, but didn’t get any of that here. Service overall was good and place is cozy and well maintained. Good to experience once but food isn’t special enough to come back

5 /5 Joydeep Pal: Amazing and authentic dishes, loved the ambience and worth the hype. My favourites are the Fish Chop, Puchka, Momo, Kosha Mangsho, Aloo Paratha, Gajar Ka Halwa and the Kadak Chai. Literally all the dishes were prepared with utmost care and perfection. Would definitely come back soon.
