5 /5 Sai Anudeep Boddireddy: Deccan House is a must for authentic South Indian flavours. We had a wonderful dinner and every dish was delicious. As a regular visitor, I can confidently say Kalyan and the team are excellent at customer service. If you’re unsure about something simply ask and order it. Thanks a lot guys. The taste was just like your name – Hyderabadi! Just make sure to park in the Hope & Bear car park across the road. Parking money was refunded on the final bill :)

1 /5 N W: Raw chicken was served to me! Came with high expectations based on other reviews but was highly disappointed. The lamb biryani was not really that authentic and was just coated in lots of garam masala which was overbearing. Would not recommend visiting purely due to food hygiene issues!

5 /5 Sai Anudeep: We’ve tried quite a few places in Reading, and Deccan House quickly became our go-to spot. The owners are genuinely kind and passionate about what they do. You can tell they really care about both the food and the overall experience. We’ve had some of our best meals here. The food overall is outstanding; authentic, flavorful, and comforting. From the South Indian breakfast buffet to the regular menu items, everything we’ve tried has been consistently delicious. The chutneys that accompany the tiffins taste just like homemade, which is a rare treat. Vada, chitti punugulu, Hyderabadi biryani, and mango lassis were absolute bangers: full of flavor and definitely worth going for again and again. Thank you, Deccan House, for making each visit special. Highly recommend to anyone craving real Indian flavors!

5 /5 John Swiestowski: This is a lovely and small indian restrant with plenty of seating inside. It is Located near Cematry Junction in Reading, it is seved by multiple bus rutes. with Reading Collage, white knites campus just 5 mins walk away. The food is very good, with good customer service. The tables are large and oblong, with comfy sofa syle seating. Deccan House offer takeaway as well as eat in. It also has signed up to "TO Good To Go" which saves food from going to waste, at discount prices.
