1 /5 S. A: Ordered through UberEats- ordered -1. Ewedu with Red Stew and Hake Fried Fish. 2. Pounded Yam 3. Fried RED BREAM Fish and I asked specifically for added red stew on its own. £29.77 total..They failed to deliver the FRIED RED STEW AND THE HAE FRIED FISH- ONLY THE EWEDU , POUNDED YAM AND THE ADDITIONAL STEW WITH THE FRIED RED BREAM.CAME. Uber are terrible as the only refunded £5.00 Knowing full well that this cost me £18.00. Is this what it has coe to - promising to deliver orders, and NOT fulfilling them and knowing that UBER will do nothing about it. These restaurants do not even answer their phones to discuss orders or deal with customers. I can now see that others have complained about this happening to their orders with this food company. MAYBE ITS THE NEW 419 (If you know ... you know!!) Buyer beware. You have been warned that you are likely to waste and lose your money if you use this company. Tried to call them - no answer. Its about the money, but I thought I would be supporting a local company as I usually use ENISH - with no problem with my orders.That will teach me that not all new is good. stick with what and who you know even if it cost a lot more.

1 /5 Vlada Kantorovitch: Had a very negative experience. Ordered takeaway in person, chicken + jollof + plantain side + Fanta - was told it’s £16.50. Got my delivery and walked the 20 or so minutes home, opened and only received jollof and plantain for almost £17. Tried calling many times and no answer. Popped by the next day for refund for food I never received. Got a lot of attitude, and not any solutions, was being gaslit that I never ordered chicken and that almost £17 was just for jollof and plantain and Fanta. Then after back and forth got given a five pound note and sent on my way even though the 5 pound note barely covered the Fanta I didn’t receive let along the chicken. Very bad customer service and forgetfulness. Can’t judge the food as all I had were basically side dishes.

1 /5 Savvy Pawar: Extremely unhappy with the quantity of the okra soup given was next to nothing and was given was just oil, also the egusi soup given was only red oil. All I could taste in both the soup is oil.They aren’t willing to compensate for the order and neither a refund. Not worth ordering food here as it isn’t as worthy as they claim it. Extremely disappointed. Charging £15.50 for the amount of okra soup I received which is just oil and same with egusi. I spent a total of £54 on the jellof and soups. Not a penny’s worth of food was delivered. -10 rating. On top of that the restaurant is least bothered to compensate on their terrible service neither willing to refund. Extremely disappointed. Do not order from here and if you do ensure you check taste everything and respond back immediately if it isn’t up to the mark.I’d rather suggest to order from a better African restaurant than this one. The restaurant provider just called me after reading this review and yelling at me on top of her voice for writing a bad review. Can one imagine!!!! I live with a bunch of Nigerian mums who cook much better food than what I received from this restaurant. Cannot believe this restaurant’s CUSTOMER SERVICE is so low level. Extremely unprofessionals. I’m lease don’t visit this restaurant. There are much better African food providers out there.
