5 /5 George Birley: Amazing place and highly recommended. Such a good vibe and spinning some awesome music. I cannot rate the way front of house staff and the chefs work together. This is what blew me away at this place. Its like everyone can do everything, the chefs serve your food and go through the ingredients. Whilst front of house staff help in the kitchen. A phenomenal place and highly recommend to anyone tempting to go. Would absolutely go again! Thank you Furna!

5 /5 zibethin: Went for my partners birthday to try the tasting menu. All the dishes were amazing, full of taste with creative but well matching ingredients. Really loved the mushroom, monkfish and venison but overall happy to recommend everything we had on the menu. The service was also impeccable and the staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable! The atmosphere was perfect, we could perfectly hold a conversation while the restaurant was full and the it was just the right mood lighting. Id very happily visit again.

5 /5 Paul Strange: We had the tasting menu with paired wines and it was a very special meal. The quality of the food, its presentation and preparation couldnt be bettered. As you can see on one of the photos, the amuse bouche were colourful, interesting and tasty. The bread was astonishingly good and it came with cods roe and a selection of radishes. The combination was amazing. My wife said the dessert of rhubarb, rice pudding parfait and tarragon was one of the best desserts she has ever eaten. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the paired wines worked very well with the dishes. The price was high, bit it was worth it. I recommend Furna very highly.

5 /5 Annabel Mak: Our first time at this restaurant, and it won’t be the last. We went for the festive menu: 3 courses for £55. The menus on the website are not 100% what you will get, as dishes are adjusted for seasonality and availability. The cavatelli with venison ragu were the stand out dish. Such a depth of flavour with the pesto giving a kick of freshness. A great place for a birthday, anniversary or date night. We will be back.

5 /5 Grant W: My favourite Brighton restaurant. We’ve been about 5-6x and it’s always just the best. Today was for my birthday. The best food, and the best service by a long way. Always add the bread and don’t worry if there’s something on the menu you don’t normally like - it will taste completely different and amazing. It’s a different class to anywhere else in Brighton
