GAILs Bakery Golders Green - (Near , South East)

4 /5 B A: A cafe in an impressive building with a high ceiling. The seating level is above the barista and overlooks the entire cafe. There is a large variety of good pastries and good coffee. It is a minutes walk from Golders Green station which offers bus and tube services.

1 /5 A Amma: I visited Gail’s Golders Green shortly before closing today. The store closes at 6:30pm and I walked in at 6:27pm. I stood in the queue waiting to be served, but when it reached my turn, I was told the tills were already closed. This is despite a sale having just been completed for the customer right before me, which I pointed out, adding that that I had been waiting in queue. The staff member, rudely replied, “We close at 6:30. It’s now 6:31. Close is close.” When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it and was unnecessarily rude. Completely unacceptable behaviour. Sort it out, Gails.

1 /5 Natalia Bartosz: This thing will cost you £9.. they don’t even have good alternative milks available - just soya and oat milk?? And charging almost £5 for a crappy TINY hot chocolate. The presentation is so horrible too.. like if you’re charging so much at least make the drinks and cups look nice? Just go to Costa or Pret instead

5 /5 Mehdi Jamali: ⸻ I visited GAILS today and I would like to commend the team for their excellent service. The staff were extremely helpful throughout my visit, particularly Inese and Joanna. Joanna was especially welcoming and made excellent coffee, which added to a very pleasant experience. I would also like to mention Nadir, who was exceptionally polite and professional. Inese stood out for her high standards of cleanliness and professionalism, and she was very helpful at all times. Overall, the team demonstrated a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a friendly attitude, which made the visit very enjoyable.

5 /5 Michaela Shenkin: Always a great experience here! As a regular I can safely say that the coffee/tea is excellent and the atmosphere is perfect for getting work/studying done. A special shout-out to Zee, who deserves endless praise. Their kindness, attentiveness, and all-around incredible customer service takes all visits to another level. Highly, highly recommend visiting!
