5 /5 Relyz 89: We had dinner on a quiet Sunday evening. Firstly, its important to stress the food here is not 100% authentic Thai in terms of preparation or flavours. However it is regardless really tasty and hits the spot! We were really impressed with the size of the sharing starter. The mains were delicious and our standout dish was actually the pork belly starter, very succulent! The Thai sabai cocktail with Thai rum was strong and well made. Venue is nicely decorated and airy, if you can try to get a booth! Wed go back again.

4 /5 Jessica R: I went in this place to celebrate my colleague’s birthday and I found the ambiance nice and very aesthetic. I love the food, it is savoury and has a wide range of cocktails. I love the cocktails the most- has unique and creative way of putting the flavours, and the fruits does not overpower the alcohol too much. The staff are welcoming but I just found the staffing a bit short especially on a busy day, and the waiting time for food is more that I expected. Overall, it was a nice experience.

4 /5 April Slocombe: I arrived for my reservation about 15 minutes early but I was still seated because the restaurant was very quiet for a Wednesday evening. I liked the background music. For some unusual reason, I received an e-mail about my modified booking My server David was aware of my gluten-free diet when I arrived as I mentioned this when I made my reservation. He gave me a card with a QR code that I could scan to see which items I could eat. David also didn’t rush me to place my drink and food orders. Despite this, he brought my drink and food to the table very quickly. I ordered a Coca-Cola Zero, Chicken Massaman and Jasmine Rice. I like how my food came with non-gluten stickers. While my chicken massaman was a bit spicier than I expected, the Jasmine rice complemented it perfectly although the rice cooled down more quickly than the curry did. After my meal, David was about to give me the dessert menu, but I asked for the bill instead. I then paid the bill quite quickly. I found the prices a bit steep for what I ordered (over £20.00). Overall, I had an enjoyable first visit to the Giggling Squid in Muswell Hill. The service was knowledgeable, quick and friendly, the ambience was quiet but the music livened it up, and the food and drink were decent. 4/5.
