R J We had fun - food was good and brought out quickly. There were plenty of staff and the tall young man with curly hair on the front door did a great job of managing the queue. Great atmosphere although the whole place felt a bit congested with not quite enough space between the tables or room to manoeuvre by the drinks machine.

Tim Beech Amazing little spot in a very cosy bay. Feels almost original in its concept and very hidden away. Had a crab and sweet potato pasty, both great (huge recommendations for the sweet potato one). Well worth stopping for lunch although not sure kids are as well accommodated with the food.

Ani Shubitidze Chez Lui is a charming French restaurant tucked away in the heart of Notting Hill. The atmosphere is wonderfully cozy and romantic, with beautifully arranged seating both upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs area is lit with candles and creates the perfect intimate setting. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor, and the dessert came with a little show that added a touch of fun and elegance to the evening. The service was good, though we did have to wait a bit for the dessert menu and the bill. Still, the overall experience was lovely.

M ILY Hidden Jem... BEST Halva Puri and proper Karak chai in Sutton. This place is special, Ive been walking past it for years thinking its a loaded potatoes place as its called "Fillings", then however I saw a poster of Halva Puri on the window and went in, they have the most amazing Halva Puri breakfast offer on at the moment, TWO Halva Puri breakfasts for the price of one(£7.50 at the time of this review)!!! The fried puris are fresh, you get small portions channa, potatoe/aubergine and halva, just enough for the two puris, very authentic and tasty. Order a karak chai with that and you have a complete tasty breakfast. 2 people can have breakfast with tea for around £12.50!! They also make very tasty samosa and aloo tikki chaats, their biryanis also look great... and all that with a FIVE STAR HYGIENE RATING!! Go before others discover this hidden gem and it becomes too busy!!!

Gagan Khurana UPDATE: tried another and indeed was a bad batch - was great. Thank you guys! Brownie was cakey rather than fudgy. Bought first thing on a Monday and it definitely was not fresh. Not worth it at all.

Anabell Santin Herrera Absolutely loved this place! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented. The staff Ventino and Clarisawere welcoming and genuinely passionate about the food, which made the experience even better. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant. Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu. Thanks Anabell
