4 /5 Fay Hamilton: We ordered from Happy Friar last night.. good food.. long wait for delivery.. when phoned to see where our food was, they were not sure when the driver left with it.. would not let you get a word in edge ways when asking where our order was! But we enjoyed our meal.

5 /5 A: Most delicious food I’ve ever had honestly! Absolutely amazing. Especially their hot and sour soup. Cures me every time I’m feeling low or congested. 10/10! And well priced!

I always get the meal for one and they accommodate me by swapping the starter for something else! The food arrives piping hot and the food is of a top quality its not overly salty like other chinese takeaways who over do it! Fresh food and great portions! 1 /5 Linda Pring: Ordered our food at 5.45pm and it still hadnt arrived at 19.45. Rang them twice and was told it was out for delivery. We need up cancelling as it would have ended up being cold when it arrived. Was told that it was under new management. So please beware. Prices are higher than a lot of other chinese take always too. Not happy at all!!

5 /5 Elsie H-Turner: Went into the shop and was served quickly, only took about 15 minutes for our food to come out. Was so delicious! We ordered plain chow mein, salt & chilli ribs, crispy shredded beef, mini spring rolls, sweet and sour chicken balls, egg fried rice, all perfect! no complaints at all. Recommend definitely, very lovely people.
