Divya Negi Got takeout from Spice Root in Acton, and it was fantastic. The Chicken Biryani was flavorful, and the Butter Chicken was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Everything was hot and fresh when I picked it up, and the portions were generous. Friendly service, great food—I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Franciska Schmoll I really enjoyed the vibe, even from the outside, which is what prompted me to come and try Popolo. I just walked past and thought it looked super cosy and had a great looking menu. The kitchen is right there and I really enjoyed being able to see how the staff manage to create some simple but beautiful food. Cant go wrong with any of the dishes and it all made for a very lovely evening. They recommend 5-6 of the dishes if you are sharing between 2 people, we had 5 and that was a good amount. alison formosa Weve visited this restaurant twice now, and every dish weve tried has been absolutely delicious! The flavors are authentic, and the quality is consistently excellent. Although the staff doesn’t speak much English, they are very kind and do their best to understand and accommodate your requests. Communication can be a little tricky at times, but their effort and hospitality more than make up for it. The team is friendly, respectful, and truly cares about providing great service. We’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend if youre after great food and a warm atmosphere!
