Honest Burgers South Bank - (Near Southwark, South East)

4 /5 Koh: Today was my first time visiting Honest Burger at South Bank. I ordered the Tribute burger and a kids’ meal. It wasn’t until I had finished eating that I realised my burger didn’t have any cheese or bacon. The table next to us was served two burgers, so I asked what they ordered — they said it was also the Tribute. Their burgers looked completely different from mine, which made me realise I hadn’t been given the Tribute burger I ordered at all. That said, the burger itself was quite small but very tasty. The chips were a generous portion and nicely crispy, but extremely salty — if I come back, I’ll definitely ask for less salt.

5 /5 Gabriel Manfrim: I recently visited Honest and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The burgers were delicious, with the meat cooked to just the right point, juicy and full of flavour. The mint lemonade was very refreshing and stayed true to what you’d expect from the drink, while the mojito was decent, though nothing particularly special. The chips were good, but not especially crispy – they had more of a homemade style, which can be a positive or negative depending on personal taste. The onion rings were well seasoned and tasty, but unfortunately a bit too oily. All in all, a solid spot for a proper burger, especially if you appreciate that homemade touch.

5 /5 Daniela Hirschmann: The restaurant is close to London Eye. Its simply furnished but the food was really delicious. I chose a Fritter (Veggie Burger) and its been great. The fries too and the prices are fair. The service is always friendly. You should book a table in advance. I definitely recommend Honest Burgers South Bank!

The location is fantastic, especially if you are walking along the river or exploring the Southbank area. The atmosphere is lively and casual, making it a great spot for both tourists and locals. One thing to be aware of is that there is almost always a queue, especially during peak hours and weekends. At first, this might seem discouraging, but the staff handle it very efficiently. What I really appreciated was that if you prefer to sit outside, you can go in, speak to the staff, and let them know. In many cases, they are able to find you an outdoor table quite quickly, even when there is a long line for indoor seating. This makes the waiting experience much more manageable and is a great option on nice weather days. As for the food, the burgers are excellent. The meat is juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly, while the rosemary chips are a must-try. Everything tastes fresh and high quality. The service is friendly, relaxed, and helpful despite how busy the place gets. Overall, Honest Burgers Southbank is definitely worth the wait. Even if there is a queue, knowing that you can ask inside and potentially get a table outside makes the experience much better. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

5 /5 Aliakbar Shakour: The burger was amazing. We didnt try the homemade lemonade, but it seems fantastic. My burger was very delicious. Four out of four in our group found it very good. It is in one of the most crowded places in London; therefore, you should not expect a cozy restaurant, but you will receive service that is far superior to chain restaurants. Go there and enjoy.
